Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Maybe its just me but i get lost with so many interconnected buildings. Not that you can do anything about that. It was fine.

As a conference setting, having accommodation, rooms for workshops and catering was very useful. The furniture in the room is basic but does the job. Access to the health club near the conference centre is a nice bonus. Friendly staff.
You need a car or taxi to get to the town centre. Some of the lunch courses needed more seasoning. Some fittings on the bathroom need updating.

Comfortable bed and very clean
Quite a distance between locations and hard for someone with low moblilty to get around. No seating in wider areas. Baths were very slippery.

My midday checkout which was very helpful as I work knights.
Cleaners entering my room when sleeping as I'm a night shift worker.And messages were not passed on from reception to cleaning team . Reference my mid-day check out.
