Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. The food was fantastic. We were unfortunate in that a party that had visited before us had alot more members turn up than the hotel was expecting. So while the hotel had catered for a certain amount of people for dinner it meant that our options were rather limited when it came to dinner. However luckily we are quite open to most foods and it was absolutely delicious and the staff couldn't of been more apologetic about something that wasn't even their fault.
The pool was rather cold and the showers in the women's changing room covered in hair. However I believe this was a Nuffield ran gym rather than the hotels responsibility

Reception staff were lovely and very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and clean linen. Food area is very modern and clean, I sat and worked from there in the morning and the staff were all very accommodating.
Housekeeping knocked on my door twice in the morning. Once at 8.50am and I had to get out the shower to ask who it was. Then again at 9.20am, when I answered she told me the Housekeeping trolly was on its way. Checkout isn't till 10am so knocking twice prior to that is just bad service. I did tell Reception and they apologised, but I'm guessing that is the normal process. The rooms need some general maintenance, stained carpets, radiator didn't work, toilet seat stained an awful yellow colour, shower screen leaked, TV didn't work.

Always good here, very clean, good breakfast, superb room.
Just a few inconsiderate guests talking loudly at 12.45am in the morning, in the hallway. There are signs telling guests to keep noise down. Maybe Kent Hall guests to ensure this rule about noise.

Very good value for money everything under one roof for a course I was attending food was great. Roof was a decent size and the bed was so comfortable best night sleep on months !
The rooms and furniture was dated but for the price I was good with that can’t have everything but it does need updating felt like going back to the 90s which was a bit retro in a good way

Room was clean and spacious and break fast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Having the EV charging available was one reason for booking at Kents Hill. I was unable to connect after several attempts and ended up charging off site. The TV in the room didnt work as the aerial had been pulled out and damaged.
