Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center Leisure Center features an indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa bath, steam room and a fully equipped fitness suite with 2 squash courts (please note the leisure facilities cannot be used by children under the age of 16). Its location was good lady staff in the morning was lovely
Where are room was and it was noisy at night the evening staff when we checked in hardly spoke to us gave us are key and some vague directions

Breakfast could have been better, only 1 coffee machine working, queues at toast machines as you had to put through twice. Eggs were like bullets, way overcooked.

Excellent location for the National Bowl. Nice and quiet as in an out of town location. Great restaurant for breakfast and free parking. Comfortable bed.
The room felt a little tired. The carpet could have been cleaner. It had stains on. But the bedding was clean and it was clear the room had been cleaned. It just felt a bit like it hadnt as room is a bit "tired" and had a smell like damp or stale smoke.

It was great to be able to use the Nuffield gym and swimming pool. The staff were friendly.
It would be great if breakfast continued till 10.30 and check out at 11 on a Sunday morning.

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Quiet location made for a peaceful night's sleep. Good common areas - bar and dining areas all had a good feel. Didn't make it to the pool/sauna but liked idea that it was there and would have used on a longer stay Would definitely book again if back in the area.
Unable to open room window. Told that some rooms had opening windows and others didn't. Fan provided so it was cool enough in the end (and appreciated very quiet fan).

My training course was at the centre so the location was perfect
Room directly above the laundry room which I could hear all night. Dripping shower onto metal bathtub audible all night, even with bathroom door shut. Shower head hanging off. Apparently tried to stick it back with sealant but was not holding.
