Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Center is a business center offering a modern leisure center and buffet restaurant, as well as cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi. We arrived at the property and was met by friendly staff. The corridors, hotel room and restaurant/bar were clean, tidy and well stocked. The hotel room was as per expectation for price. Shower was of good water pressure and TV worked. Also breakfast facilities was fully stocked with a selection of foods - cooked and continental.
The room we was chosen to use was a long distance from the reception and as a disabled blue badge user it was better once I realized I could park next to my room and easier access the car. The dinner choice was not suitable for children and was of limited choice. The TV remote didn't work and it took 2 attempts for the reception/cleaning staff to get a remote that worked. I also had to ask for a extra pillow.

Comfortable beds and clean. Had to leave early so couldn’t stay for breakfast but, the food was just being put out as we walked through. It’s looked yummy and like there was a lot of choice. Staff very friendly

Opportunity to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi was the highlight of the stay.
The cleanliness of the rooms - coffee spilt over windowsill, thrown up wall/door frame and moldy bathroom. Very thin walls, could hear next door turning on a light switches and chatting in the corridors.

Great location, value for money and the staff from receptionist to restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic
Some things a little tired, loose sink tap, towel rail coming away from wall and burns in the bath

A big Like to the Greek lady from reception
Very dirty room, just one towel for 2 people, the lamp near bed don't work, the carpet is a joke, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The photos are not updated, probably were made one the business started.

Very clean . Great location and value for money
We were in a room that required us going upstairs which wasn’t practical as my husband has mobility issues that thankfully aren’t too severe and he can climb up the stairs, however access to a lift would have been more practical especially as we had overnight luggage to carry. Also found the comfort of the bed ok, didn’t have the best nights sleep due to only having one pillow. If possible we would have liked the option to have extra pillows available in the room.
